By continuing with your purchase of a SUBA Ramps Kit / products, you are accepting these Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale. All Shipments are deemed to have been made pursuant to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Buyer may not add, delete, modify or otherwise alter these Terms and Conditions of Sale unless agreed to in writing by SUBA ramps. These Terms and Conditions of Sale, together with your order constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous communications between YOU and SUBA ramps.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your SUBA ramps kit / products. Upon receipt of your o ramp kit or product, immediately inspect it for damage that might have occurred during transit. For specific instructions on items damaged in transit, see the appropriate section below (next paragraph). If you wish to return your ramp kit, it must be shipped in its original or replacement packaging similar to the original and properly secured to avoid damage during transit. Please repack the product carefully in its original condition. Include all accessory, such as instruction manuals, screws, and hardware… You are responsible for all return shipping fees for any ramps kits / products returned to SUBA ramps, these fees are charged by the freight carrier and cannot be refunded by SUBA ramps. SUBA ramps also does not refund the original shipping fees included in the price of the product.  All returned our products will be assessed upon receipt. Ramps returned in a severely damaged or used condition which cannot be resold as new will be subject to an additional fee equal to the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged part. Subject to the foregoing, SUBA ramps will refund the original purchase price, minus state or federal taxes, and apply the refund to the credit card used during purchase, or issue a refund check.

The customer will be reimbursed by Paypal (preferred) or bank transfer. You should send us your bank account information as well as the full name of the holder to proceed to refund.

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for any reason. We do not accept obstacles back without a written explanation of why the item is being returned. Anything received without a written explanation will be returned to sender at sender’s expense. Some items described below may not be returned under any circumstance.

Non-Returnable Products (not returnable for any refund):

• Ramps kit /products already assembled.
• Ramps purchased through a third party.
• All custom orders are not subject to return or refund.
• Rails that have been grinded or slide.
• Ramps that have wheels marks.
• Obstacles returned more than 30 days after receiving.
• Promotional or free items.

All products of SUBA ramps are subject to a quality control. If the product has a manufacturing defect, the brand is responsible for the replacement of the piece in question.  For reasons of ecological sustainability and waste reduction, differences in wood shades, small cutting failures (CNC), wood knots in wooden beams and plywood, are not considered defects, as long as it does not compromise the user’s resistance and safety during assembly and use

SUBA ramps warrants that its ramp kits will be manufactured and sold in compliance with all applicable laws; will be free from defects in workmanship at the time of delivery; and will conform with the description in SUBA ramps sales materials. SUBA products require further assembly at the time of purchase. Skating is difficult, can be dangerous, and is personal to each skater. SUBA does not warrant the results to be obtained from using its products. Except as expressly set forth in these terms and conditions, to the maximum extent permitted by law, SUBA disclaims and excludes all other expressed warranties and disclaims all implied warranties, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and intended use of a particular ramp/product.

This Agreement, your rights and obligations, SUBA ramps rights and obligations, and all actions contemplated by this Agreement, will be governed by the laws of the Portuguese, and in Portugal, without regard to principles of conflicts of law and as if this Agreement were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed with in the court of Alcobaça. You agree that the venue for any dispute relating in any way to this agreement or your purchase of this product(s) will be in the court of Alcobaça, Portugal.

By purchasing your SUBA ramps  kit or product, you hereby agree to defend, indemnify  and hold  SUBA ramps, its licensors, licensees, distributors, agents, representatives and other authorized users, and all of the foregoing entities’ respective officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities and costs (including, without limitation, settlement costs and any legal fees, attorney’s fees or other fees and expenses for investigating or defending any actions or threatened actions) incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of this Agreement, for except injuries or damages caused by the sole negligence or willful misconduct of the party seeking indemnity. You shall use your best efforts to cooperate with SUBA Ramps in the defense of any claim. SUBA reserves the right, at its own expense, to employ separate counsel and assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by YOU.

We know that by skateboarding, in-line skating, scooter and bicycle riding are inherently dangerous sports and activities in which we choose to voluntarily participate at our own risk. We are aware that the usual risks, hazards and dangers of personal injury, death and disability or property damage and loss (collectively “Damages”), necessarily increase when using ramps, manual pad´s, curbs, kicker, mini ramps, quarter pipes, grind boxes, fake fire hydrant,  or any other structure and device. We know that the risks, hazards and dangers include, but are not limited to, uncontrollable boards and bicycles, falling, jumping, landing, performing tricks and/or colliding with other users. We also understand that these risks, hazards and dangers are further increased when other persons, whether or not of the same level of experience or skill, are present at the same time and using the same facilities. (All of the above defined activities are collectively referred throughout this Agreement as “the Hazardous Activities.”)

By this agreement, it is our intention to relieve “SUBA ramps” of any duty to us and we do assume the entire risk of any of the Damages which might occur during or as a result of my use of their skateboard ramps. By this agreement, I also intend to release, discharge and absolve SUBA ramps from any and all liability for any active or passive negligence whatsoever by SUBA ramps and to waive and relinquish any claim or cause of action against SUBA ramps for any loss, claim, damage, personal injury, disability, death, medical and any other type of expense or property damage or loss caused by and any negligence of SUBA ramps and will not to sue or exercise any legal right to seek damages from SUBA ramps.

In consideration of utilizing SUBA ramps skateboard ramps, grind boxes and other products, we agree as follows:

1. As to my participation in any activity, including, but not limited to, the Hazardous Activities and as to any and all liability for the Damages which I may suffer or incur due to any cause whatsoever, we hereby agree:

a. To waive any and all claims for Damages that I may have against SUBA ramps, its managers, officers, directors, associates, agents, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, vendors or exhibitors or any other person or company in any way associated with SUBA ramps;

b. To release SUBA ramps, from any and all liability for the Damages that I may suffer or incur, or that my next kin may suffer as a result of my participation in any activity, including but not limited to, Hazardous Activities; and

c. To hold harmless and indemnify SUBA ramps from any and all liability for the Damages to any third party resulting from my participation in any activity, including but not limited to, the Hazardous Activities. 

 2. This waiver and release of liability and indemnification agreement (collectively referred to hereafter as “Waiver and Release”) shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, family, relatives, guardians, conservators, executors, administrators, trustees and assigns in the event of my injury, disability or death.

3. I/WE HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE RULES OF SAFETY/CONDUCT GOVERNING MY CONDUCT WHILE PURCHASING AND/OR USING OC RAMP PRODUCTS. WE UNDERSTAND THAT THESE RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED.

I/We have completely read and understand this Agreement and Terms. Prior to confirming this Agreement or making a purchase, we have had the opportunity to ask any questions about this Agreement. We are aware that, by confirming this Agreement and purchasing, we assume all risks and waive and release certain rights that I and my heirs, next of kin, family, relatives, guardians, conservators, executors, administrators, trustees and assigns may have against SUBA ramps.

1. All prices quoted on the website are in euros and include vat (tva).

2. The vendor reserves the right to change the prices quoted on the website without notice. The vendor will not be liable to the customer or any third party for price changes.

3. Shipping and delivery rates are applied per order. All costs in connection with shipment import and export duties and excise, as well as all other levies or taxes imposed or levied in respect of the product, the shipping and customs clearance shall be at the consumer’s expense. such costs or expenses which have been paid by the vendor, shall be charged to the consumer

Paypal is one of the world safer payment systems. You can pay with VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS through the Paypal system.

When you choose this option, your order will be redirected to the Paypal site. Follow the procedures.

Once we receive the payment the order is shipped to the given address.

2. Bank Tansfer

Our bank account information  (IBAN , SWIFT BIC) will be available during the ordering process. When the order is completed an email will be sent with the order form and bank details.

3. Multibanco (Only Portuguese bank sistem)
